We’re back to pedaling and Pugsley is going for his first vet visit

Yesterday was an awesome day! Annika and I ran a few errands, we got to get on the Peloton, we visited PetSmart to get some goodies for Pugsley and Lilith. We made a trip to Lowes to see about getting fake grass installed on our patio. We got in some PC Gaming time and streamed it with friends. We had some awesome street tacos for lunch and dinner. Some snack time led to cinnamon buns and a slice of cheesecake, and we had tons of play time with our munchkins.

Throughout yesterday we focused on potty training Pugsley which he has almost completed in only 5 days as of today. He has been doing so good, and he is very playful and happy. The last couple of days Annika took the shift to get up with him every couple hours and starting tomorrow I’m on duty till Sunday. He has been using his pee pads but for the most part, he goes outside for 90% of his business. Today Pugsley goes to see his vet for the first time to get his shots and to get his insurance plan set up. It’s going to be Pugsley’s first vet adventure.

Lilith waking from her nap

Lilith has been chill and sweet in the mornings and at night she is a nonstop crazy nightmare, haha. Lilith loves to get into everything that she has learned not to get into. Once she gets into trouble she will then come to you for cuddling and purr time. She is doing very well and loves to play with Pugsley. We got some Sour Apple spray to spray them both to help stop them from chewing on each other so rough.

Time to see how the vet visit goes with Pugsley.

Adventure Cycling / Zwift / RGT Cycling / Peloton / Fitness

We did get to get on the Peloton and get a workout each in yesterday, it felt so nice to be pedaling again. Once we get the morning rolling here we plan to get a fair workout in today as well. Most of our workouts until the fall will be indoors due to the heat and the fact that the next few months will be training Pugsley and getting both Pugsley and Lilith used to us being gone for long bike rides and the indoor equipment.

I do plan to jump in RGT Cycling over the next few days to ride some long miles, we’re a bit nervous about using the Wahoo Kickr at the moment due to curious animals and our setup being in the same room with them. We’re trying to teach them to stay away from the equipment however Lilith loves to touch all things that we say No to.

PC Gaming and our Twitch Channel

Annika and I did get some time to play a bit of Overwatch yesterday and we streamed it on our Twitch Channel. We had a blast with an old friend and a couple of new friends. When we started playing we jumped into Arcade Mode on Mystery Heroes and started cheering everyone up by posting funny stuff in chat while playing. After a couple of minutes and a match, we had some people staying in a group with us for the next match.

We played for a couple of hours and made some new friends to play with, in the near future, we had a fun stream also; it was so much fun we forgot we were streaming until almost the end.

Movies, TV Shows, Concerts and Outings

Last night we did get a chance to watch a movie as we had dinner. We watched “Then Came You 2018” featuring Asa Butterfield and Maisie Williams, it’s a very nice Adventure, Drama, Comedy film. So far every movie we’ve seen that features the actor Asa Butterfield has been really good and seeing Maisie Williams outside of The Game of Thrones was a nice touch; she is an excellent actress as well.

The movie was fun and sad, it was very well done and we thoroughly enjoyed it. On IMDb, we gave the movie 9/10 stars however out of our 5 Star ratings on our site we give it 5/5 stars.

We also started watching a movie featuring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston titled “Murder Mystery 2019“, it was extremely boring. We gave this movie 4/10 stars on IMDb and 2/5 Stars here on our site.

We do plan to get back to watching one of our favorite TV Shows which is “Happy!”, very soon; we’ve just been very busy. We’ve also got to catch up on the reason season of Black Mirror.

Today’s Adventure and/or Plan

So today’s plan is a bit compact. Today is Annika’s last day off so we’re rushing to get last minute things done while she is around and to also have time for her to relax before she starts early work in the morning. We didn’t get to the laundry yesterday as we had so much going on that we forgot until the last minute. Today we will tend to that after visiting the vet, we also plan on getting in some Peloton workouts too.

I think after all of our errands it’ll be a chill day with our household to relax to a movie or a TV show and get some rest.
